UNOPS Montevideo.  EMPLOYEMENT HISTORY  2015 Construction manager 3 Bridges over Tacuarembó River, 120 meters length, reinforced pre stressed concrete. Contract with Inter American Development Bank.  2012-2007Senior engineer in Planning and Budget Office Central Government of Uruguay. Responsibilities: Feasibility studies, control of infrastructure works.   Global Fire firm-Site engineer in fire prevention network in Pepsi Co plant (Tanks, pump station, main external delivery branches, and internal distribution network) Responsibilities: Weekly reports, subcontractor progress control, eventual project variations design, pressure testing, bill of quantities to payment certificates.   Supervisor “Rebuilding of north and south jetties in Carmelo port”, Colonia, Uruguay. (LKsur, engineering firm, in contract with Port Authority).  2006-2004 Project manager of United Nations Program “Prevention and mitigation of environmental emergencies due to climatic reasons” developed in Uruguay.  Responsibilities:: Managing a team of experts in hydrology, meteorology, economy. Project budget control, review and approval of project documents, international relations.  2004- 2003 Senior engineer in Uruguayan Road Corporation.(Private contractor in charge of the maintenance of 7000 Km main roads in the country) Responsibilities: Preparing tender documents, works control, technical reports  1998-1997 Construction manager " Structural rebuilding docks 8 and 9 in Montevideo Port" 6500m3 pos tensioned concrete, bored piles, sewerage and water supply networks, pavement, Contract with Port Authority and World Bank.   1996-1994  Construction manager: "Re paving commercial docks in Montevideo Port". The work implied the construction of 110.000 m2 pavement with concrete blocks, water, electric networks, sewer system, pumping station, railways, in the whole port area.  1994-1991 Intendencia Municipal de Colonia. Manager Director, Pavement Department.  Responsibilities: Planning and organizing available equipment and people to keep in proper conditions streets in ten cities of Colonia region.  1990-1981.- Supervisor engineer in many works,(roads and bridges), in contract with Ministry of Public Works   1981-1980 Ministry of Public Works. Manager of Maintenance Department, (Colonia, Soriano, Rocha and Maldonado zones).  Responsibilities: Planning and organizing available equipment and people to achieve goals  1979: Project engineer in "German Water Engineering" in Lingen, Germany.
